The Accounts menu holds the two kinds of accounts the PBX talks to: the phones of your users and the providers (SIP or IAX trunks) that connect the PBX to the public telephone network.
A typical setup starts here: create a phone for every desk phone or softphone, add your provider account, give the provider dial patterns for outgoing calls and incoming routes for incoming calls, then apply the changes.
